HOW IT WORKS
We begin with a deep dive into your story — where you are, what you’ve been carrying and what you want your life to look and feel like.
From there every session is guided by what emerges — using RTT hypnotherapy, somatic healing, womb work, nervous system regulation and energy healing in whatever combination your body needs at each stage.
No two journeys look the same.

WHAT’S INCLUDED
9 hour weekly 1:1 sessions with Aoife theses sessions are a combination of RTT, womb work, Full access to The Five Bodies Method across every layer of you. One week a month is integration to give you a chance to embody what we are discovering.
